Account Settings

How do I create an account? +

Go to Profile and select Create Account. Enter your name, email, password, nationality, contact number, and gender. Then tap Login to sign up.

How do I log in to D4D Online? +

Go to Account and select Login. Enter your username and password, or log in using your Google or Apple ID.

How do I change my location or region? +

Open Account Settings and choose your country to view the latest flyers and deals near you.

How do I manage notifications? +

You can manage notifications in two ways:

  • Open Settings and turn notifications on or off.
  • Go to Notifications and select Settings to enable all alerts or choose offers from specific outlets.
How do I change the app theme? +

Go to Settings and select Theme. Choose System, Light, or Dark mode based on your preference.

How do I find shopping coupons? +

Open the Coupons section from the bottom menu. Browse by store or category and tap the coupon you want.

Can I add my favorite supermarkets? +

Go to the Offers tab, open Favorites, and tap Add Favorite. You can add supermarkets and hypermarkets across the GCC to your list.

How do I find nearby offers? +

Go to the Offers tab, open Nearest, and explore offers from supermarkets and hypermarkets near you.

How do I search for products? +

Use the Search bar and enter the product name to view all available deals and flyers.

How do I change my language to Arabic? +

Go to Settings and select Language. Choose Arabic from the list. D4D supports 11 languages, including English, Arabic, French, Hindi, Turkish, Malayalam, Urdu, Bengali, Filipino, Tamil, and Nepali.

Shopping List

How do I create a shopping list? +

Go to Account and select Add in the Shopping Lists section. Search for items and add them to your list.

How do I delete items from my shopping list? +

Open your shopping list and select Delete to remove an item.

How do I use the shopping list? +

Go to the Shopping List tab, add items you need, and check them off as you shop.

What's new with the shopping list? +

You can now share your shopping lists with family and friends.

How do I share my shopping list? +

Open your list, select Share, and send it through Messages, WhatsApp, Mail, or any other app.

How do I add new items to my shopping list? +

Type the product name and select it. Add as many items as you like.

Coupons

Where can I redeem the coupons? +

Coupons can be redeemed on the official website of the respective brand.

How do I search for coupons? +

Go to the Coupon tab and use the Search bar. Enter the brand name to view available coupons.

How do I add coupons to my favourites? +

Open the coupon and select the Heart option to save it for later.

How can I share coupons? +

Open any coupon, select Share, and send it through Messages, WhatsApp, Mail, or any other app.
