Termination of VOIX ME TECHNOLOGIES FZC as authorized partner for the United Arab Emirates
- D4D Online is owned and operated by VOIX ME TECHNOLOGIES W.L.L, Kingdom of Bahrain (the “Company”). All rights in the D4D Online platform, its brand, its content and its retailer and customer relationships vest in the Company.
- VOIX ME TECHNOLOGIES FZC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, was previously appointed as the Company’s partner for the United Arab Emirates.
- That appointment has been terminated with effect from 23 July 2026. VOIX ME TECHNOLOGIES FZC is not a partner, agent, distributor or representative of D4D Online in the United Arab Emirates or in any other market.

With effect from the same date, neither VOIX ME TECHNOLOGIES FZC nor any person acting on its behalf is authorized to:
- represent itself as D4D Online, or as a partner, agent or representative of D4D Online;
- solicit, negotiate or conclude any agreement in the name of D4D Online;
- issue any invoice, statement of account or payment instruction in the name of D4D Online; or
- receive or collect any payment on behalf of D4D Online.
- Daixom Technologies L.L.C is the Company’s authorized partner for the United Arab Emirates. The complete and current list of authorized partners is published at d4donline.com/partners.
- All financial correspondence from D4D Online — invoices, statements of account, payment instructions and bank details — is sent only from an @d4donline.com email address. Any financial communication reaching you from a different domain should be treated as unverified.
- Retailers, advertisers, suppliers and service providers are requested to direct all correspondence concerning D4D Online to contact@d4donline.com. If you receive an invoice or a payment request from a party not listed at d4donline.com/partners, please contact us before making any payment.
- This notice is issued for information and for the avoidance of doubt. It does not affect any right or remedy available to the Company, all of which are expressly reserved.
